Food and Flavors of San Antonio Cookbook Giveaway

It's a month long Tex-Mex celebration and you are invited to join. Several Fiesta Foodies and I have checked out Gloria's awesome new cookbook, and tried some of her amazing recipes. I tried the Doritos Chicken and loved it! Now it is your chance to join the party and get a copy of the cookbook for your enjoyment!   1. Wow, I'm the first one! Ok, my favorite tex mex meal is cheese enchiladas. There's nothing better than a homemade sauce too. Yummy! Dorito Chicken sounds divine, as it's my favorite chip.

  14. My favorite Tex Mex . . . wow, that's hard. Well, I always judge a restaurant by its rice and beans, because those are just basic and oh-so-good. However, my favorite meal is probably huevos rancheros. Good, fresh eggs cooked with delicious ranchero sauce...mmmmm, my mouth is watering as I type!

  15. Oh man i would LOVE t win this cook book, I don't have a favorite tex- mex food which is why I would enjoy this book immensely! I do enjoy bean burritos and shrimp tacos though! I have also been following your blog on my google ready, as well as the taste of san antonio website.

  19. I love fajitas. It was one of the first things I learned how to cook - as a 9 year old, I loved fajitas with snow peas and bean sprouts!

  24. Mmmm, so many options! Well, I've done pork fajitas for my birthday a few times and with black beans, mango salsa, sour cream and onions, it's just about the most delicious thing ever!

  28. I love avocado on anything, especially enchiladas. You can put just about anything tn a tortilla, roll it up, cover with sauce and cheese................mmmmm mmmmmmm good! Thanks for a great give-away!

    I lived in San Antonio for 4 years and am now stuck in the Midwest...I miss the food and would love to win this!!!

    Shredded beef enchiladas
    Chipotle Guacamola
    Roasted Tomato Salsa and tortilla chips
    Mexican Rice

    with an ice cold beer!!

  60. I love all Tex Mex but my favorite is a local Mexican restaurant's Mi Pueblo Chicken Burrito with rice and beans. Just made some yummy Chicken,Black Beans and Mexican Corn Enchiladas last night.
