Melissa @ Trying To Heal beat me to it and already posted some tasty looking cake mix cookies. I couldn't wait to get home tonight and make some cake mix cookies with Christmas sprinkles. I have used the Cool Whip recipe that Melissa used several times, but I went a different route this time. If you can't find the Funfetti Cake Mix, you can just use white or yellow cake mix and add sprinkles!

Those looks so Christmasy, I love it!
I never thought to use cake mix to make cookies. That's awesome. If my girlfriend hassles me to make christmas cookies I'll try these out. :)

The Hubbys favorite cake is Funfetti! He would love for me to make these cookies for sure. And I see the mix in the different holiday colors for that festive color and flair. :)

What fun cookies!
Cake mix in cookies? Sounds fun to me :)
Yeah the saltine toffee is super easy and deceptively tasty! It adds a nice crunch and saltiness to compliment the chocolate and caramel :)
great idea!

I've made cake mix cookies before, they're so fun and easy! But I haven't made them with funfetti cake yet. That just looks so fun!
