Bacon, Tomato, and Cheese Crescents

This is a fun recipe that the whole family is sure to love. These Bacon, Tomato, and Cheese Crescents were easy to make. The kids could definitely join in when making these. Paired with a salad or some veggies, this would be a perfect quick meal for those busy week nights!


Bacon, Tomato, and Cheese Crescents

1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Separate dough into eight triangles; spread with cream cheese.
Top evenly with remaining ingredients.

Roll up, starting at shortest side of each triangle.
Place, point-sides down, on baking shee
t. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.

  6. These look dangerously good! I'm a huge fan of anything with bacon, tomato and cheese, but the fact that you've wrapped these awesome ingredients in a crescent roll--well, that's just killer!! What a fabulous looking snack!

  8. I once made pigs in a blanket for the Super Bowl. I made some with two pigs, and some with cheese. They were a hit!

  10. What I've tried to figure out is how to make these with less "butter" flavor.

    I know that sounds odd - especially since I love butter - but they've always come off as too rich for me.

    That said, there is bacon!
