Holy Yum! Bananas and Cinnamon

This week's Holy Yum! Award goes to the Banana Cinnamon Chip Cake @ Two Peas and a Pod. What an awesome idea to add cinnamon chips to a banana snack cake. I could eat this cake for breakfast and as a dessert. Do you have any favorite recipes using bananas?
