Wow, I'm the first one! Ok, my favorite tex mex meal is cheese enchiladas. There's nothing better than a homemade sauce too. Yummy! Dorito Chicken sounds divine, as it's my favorite chip.

My favorite Tex Mex . . . wow, that's hard. Well, I always judge a restaurant by its rice and beans, because those are just basic and oh-so-good. However, my favorite meal is probably huevos rancheros. Good, fresh eggs cooked with delicious ranchero sauce...mmmmm, my mouth is watering as I type!

Mmmm, so many options! Well, I've done pork fajitas for my birthday a few times and with black beans, mango salsa, sour cream and onions, it's just about the most delicious thing ever!

I love avocado on anything, especially enchiladas. You can put just about anything tn a tortilla, roll it up, cover with sauce and cheese................mmmmm mmmmmmm good! Thanks for a great give-away!

Oh wow, when I get asked for my fave food its always Mexican, now when you ask my fave Tex/Mex that a lot harder. I am now hungry just contemplating it. I would have to say enchiladas.

I stumbled across the post from a link that I found on another blog (Kath Eats). I love love love tex mex!!! Black beans are my fave.
My favorite Tex Mex foods are Huevoes Rancheros (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong)and just a plain ol taco salad in a fried tortilla bowl. MMM! Thanks for having this giveaway!

I have to say, my favorite tex-mex meal was always fajitas at Chevy's. And those sweet little corn cakes on the side. Yum!!

I love all Tex Mex but my favorite is a local Mexican restaurant's Mi Pueblo Chicken Burrito with rice and beans. Just made some yummy Chicken,Black Beans and Mexican Corn Enchiladas last night.
I think the Mini Mexican Meatloaf Muffins look awesome! We have tacos at least a couple times a month, easy and quick.
