I stumbled across this recipe on Lisacooking.com. Here is the link to the blog post: http://lisacooking.com/2008/08/26/pizza-casserole/. I loved this recipe! It was so easy, fun, and inexpensive to make. I halved all the ingredients because we didn't need a ton of leftovers around the house. While it was cooking, my house smelled like a pizzeria. The blend of macaroni and cheese with all the traditional pizza flavors was delightful. I think next time I will make a veggie pizza version with lots of tomatoes, mushroom, peppers, and onions! I highly suggest trying this recipe. Thanks Lisa for sharing this delight!!!!!
It looks like a pizza too, with the pepperoni on top. I like your idea of adding the veggies to it!
