Chili Challenge

Gloria over at Food and Flavors of San Antonio is having a Chili Cook-Off Challenge. Head on over there to check out the rules and great prizes. I am entering my Black Bean Pumpkin Polenta Chili.     you've inspired me to make some chili. i've made one chili recipe since veganism and it was okay- a little too sweet. i've never heard of polenta in chili but it sounds great. good luck!!

    I'm a sucker for venison chili! Only problem is you need to have a friend who hunts to make it haha (sorry to all the veggie/ vegans reading this!!)

    I am with Stephchows, but this recipe sounds great. My veggie chili won in a cook off years ago, and I think you have a chance with this one!

    I do enjoy chili, but I don't make it that often. I once made this vegetarian kind, and it was pretty good. Good luck with your entry!
