Down Under Yogurt

pic source Wallaby.com

I saw this new product on my trip to Whole Foods the other day! These lowfat yogurts come in several flavors including dark chocolate, grapefruit, peach, and mango tangerine. Aren't they pretty!? I love the name. Visit the Wallaby website to see all the flavors. I sure wish I didn't have a milk allergy. If any one tries these and wants to do a guest product review let me know!

I'd love to, if I had a Whole Foods anywhere near me. :(

These look good... but are pricey. Who can spend on these things in this economy??

I have seen similar at our Capers (smaller Whole Foods) here but they are so pricey, sighs.

Oooh, grapefruit yogurt would be heavenly, I think! There aren't enough products out there using grapefruits, IMHO.

I love the mix of fruits and yogurt! but the brands that I've tried were too sweet. I want to read the review of this one. :)

I've been eyeing these yogurts, too. They're so cute, but I haven't tried them yet.

Yes, it is a new food product for me also. Even the name of lowfat yogurts is new for me but look good. How is its taste?

Wallaby's Nonfat Vanilla - my absolute favorite yogurt. Ever.

I picked four of these up last night at my Whole Foods: Dark Chocolate and Berries and Cream.

I haven't tried the Berries and Cream yet, but I can't say I'm blown away by the Dark Chocolate. It didn't taste strongly of Cacao, which makes me wonder just how dark the the dark chocolate is. The yogurt itself is tasty (the mix-in, disappointingly, not so much) but for the additional .50 and 5g of fat, I think I'll stick to my Wallaby Vanilla Low-fat (I eat two daily with Wheat Germ. Delicious!) I can add my own 77% Cacao flakes when I'm craving chocolate, save some fat and add some flavor.

On a side note, my Whole Foods has Siggi's on sale 2/$4- awesome deal, and it's fat free!
