Coffee Curiosity and Coffee Cozy Winner

Before I reveal the winner, I have some coffee questions for all of you:

Are you a coffee drinker?
If you are, how do you drink your coffee? (with milk, creamer, etc.)
What is your favorite drink to order at Starbucks?

I am definitely a coffee drinker. I love flavored coffee, and I usually add vanilla soy milk. At Starbucks, I usually get a grande soy misto.

And the winner of the coffee cozy is.....Andrea @ Busy Moms CAN Cook.

Yes, I'm coffee crazy! :)

With Brazilian coffee - warm milk & sugar
With US drip - 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

I like to order a Grande, non-fat latte then add my own sugar and some of that yummy vanilla powder.

I do drink coffee, though I'm admittedly picky- I was a barista at a coffee shop where we roasted our own coffee in-store, so I've been spoiled and am choosy about my roasts/beans/espresso. (I can make a cappucino or latte with a heart on top, like in your pic!)

When drinking at home, I usually choose a dark roast with soy creamer.
I generally avoid Starbucks, if possible, because I don't care for the flavor of their espresso. But when I go to coffee shops, generally I like a soy (if it's unsweetened) or skim latte with an extra shot of espresso. I'm not usually a sweetened coffee kinda girl.

I never did, until I met my fiance, since him I drink it all the time, love it! For dessert I get a mocha mint latte at the bucks... otherwise I take my coffee preferably flavored (hazelnut yum) with a little cream and a little splenda.

I am a HUGE coffee drinker and usually get it with some steamed or hot soy milk and Splenda. At Starbucks I get the soy Cafe Misto but at my fave Coffee Haus in town it would be the coconut creme latte :)Congrats to the winner!

I like coffee, but only with lots of milk and sugar! At starbucks, if I get coffee, I normally get some sort of flavored latte...but normally I get chai tea!

I fortunately never got into the coffee habit, but I am a big tea drinker. Infact my favorite drink at Star Bucks at the moment is the Unsweetened Vanilla Roobios Tea Latte :)

Starbucks: I order a grande skinny cinnamon dolce latte. Then I sprinkle more cinnamon on top.

I had to chime in! mmm, coffee.

I drink drip coffee at work, and when I can, I bring in my own soy creamer and stevia to add. When I forget, I add a mix of the plain + vanilla Coffee Mate "creamer." Quite the difference, ha.

At Starbucks I get a double nonfat latte, with two pumps of syrup - sometimes vanilla, sometimes hazelnut, sometimes a combination. Or a double tall mocha w/ half the chocolate. I don't do it too sweet.

Thanks for asking!

I AM a coffee drinker, but nothing fancy like Starbucks, just good ol' Nescafe. Yeah, I like the instant. When I do go to Starbucks, it's because I'm craving the salted caramel hot chocolate. I haven't been able to find a home remedy for that craving yet.

I like Hazelnut coffee with a touch of Silk Creamer and some stevia. I haven't bought a latte from Starbucks in forever!

Boy do I love Coffee!!! I prefer it black with nothing added and have never bought a drink from Starbucks.

I am a coffee nut! For caffeine purposes, I like black coffee, but as a Starbucks treat, I get a sugar free vanilla soy latte. YUm!

I am a huge coffee person! I drink about 5-6 cups a week. I am a coffee snob though, because instant coffee is just nasty, and drip coffee tastes bleh because it is hardly done with the proper water ratio. I splurged $200 recently on a new espresso machine and spent $100 on my grinder a year ago. I drink mine with sugar and milk. Sometimes, I'll use flavored creamers if I have a coupon and the product becomes either free or 50 cents.

I'm a huge coffee fan. I drink 4 to 6 cups daily!

It really depends on the coffee as to whether I'll add anything. For really strong coffee (like Starbucks) I prefer it black. But stuff like Folgers I'll add sugar and a tiny splash of heavy cream.

At Starbucks, I get either a black coffee or a green tea latte. Iced of hot depending on the weather.

Congrats to the winner! I was a coffee drinker until I went to Kenya. Real Kenyans don't drink good coffee, and I became a chai drinker. Now I'm neither.

So is life.

I'm definitely a coffee drinker, especially here in ARgentina with the european style of coffee. I'm having like 3 cups per day (small cups) and i like to have it with a touch of steamed milk and sweetener.

Oh, I love my coffee. Just cream. I know I should give it up, but I can't. And won't.

Starbucks? Skinny Vanilla Latte. Although that Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte sounds delicious. I just hope I can remember that name next time I'm there!

I usually make coffee at home and mix with a bit of milk and sugar sometimes. If I go to Starbucks, I stick with a double 12 oz Mocha!

Hi there!

I've browsed through your blog and it seems like you're really into healthy and creative cooking! I didn't happen to stumble upon anything about Greek yogurt, but Stonyfield makes organic Greek yogurt which is great for cooking with - and eating by itself as well! It's alot thicker which makes it pretty versatile, and Oikos is also the only ORGANIC Greek yogurt on the market.

Just shoot me an email at Kdrociak@stonyfield.com if you're interested in free coupons and let me know where to send them.

Take care!

I try not to let myself have coffee every day, but I admit that I crave it. I'm not a purist, though. I add a bit of cream and two splendas. (I try to avoid it because I hate to use so much splenda...eek)

Megan, what an excellent idea...a coffee cozy. My favorite will always be a Mocha Cafe Grande.

I am, most definitely, a coffee drinker. My first "real job" was at a mom-and-pop coffee shop in my hometown, so my addiction to the stuff started relatively early. At first, I was a "light and sweet" kind of girl, but now I drink my coffee black.

As for Starbucks, I generally prefer Dunkin' Donuts. If I'm ordering anything from Starbucks, it's a treat -- Grande White Mocha with Whipped Cream. Dunkin' Donuts is the only place I'll order my coffee with "cream and sugar" -- just reminds me of home!
