What a way to start the day....a gingerbread bagel and a nice cup of hot coffee from Panera. This doughy delight was full of ginger bits, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, white chocolate chips, and cinnamon chips. I love gingerbread and can't wait to make some gingerbread treats for the Holidays. Man, I miss Panera...or at least the easily accessible Panera's in NY. I've seen one or two in Cali but everything is so spread out!

Gingerbread bagels - what an idea! I had an obsession as a kid with making gingerbread everything - I think I'll have to revive that particular obsession... :)
Gingerbread anything works for me. And the Panera bread - yowzer - they just opened two pretty close to me and I've been very curious about them.
I have never had a gingerbread bagel before-let alone a bagel from Panera :-)
