Here is what my guest poster Julie has to say about Juice Plus:
Ever the skeptic, even after my kids' pediatrician and our nutritionist recommended I started giving Juice Plus to my family, I was still not convinced. At that time, my youngest had just been labeled "failure to thrive" by his pediatrician because his severe allergies kept him from eating very much. I doubted a supplement could change this, but time proved me wrong. Within 6 months my son had gained back a good amount of weight, and within a year he was back on the growth chart like he had never dropped off. All that time, I wasn't so much worried about his body as I was his brain. Since I also have a daughter with autism, I knew that getting your daily vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables is crucial for brain development and a healthy immune system.
Once I realized Juice Plus was helping my son, I also started my daughter taking it. We noticed a huge jump in her speech (just ask Megan - she is her speech pathologist!), and I felt she began to pick things up more quickly. Now, I am not crazy enough to say that it was all Juice Plus because believe me, we were and still are doing many, many therapies with her. But, for the first time in both of my kids lives, I can say that I am sure they are getting their basic nutritional needs met. Having these nutritional needs met for us meant a clearer brain for learning, less sickness all around and less guilt for me about what my family eats.
It is recommended that we eat 9-11 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Are you kidding me?! I am lucky to get one serving of each down my kids. It is not that I don't provide healthy food for my kids, it is just that often they refuse to eat it. Juice Plus is basically the benefits of fruits and veggies in a pill, chewable or gummie form. It is the perfect compliment for an already health conscious person to make sure all of your basic nutritional needs are met. There is nothing worse than spending the time and money to eat healthy, but still coming up short because it is just impossible to eat that many fruits and veggies.
I decided to "distribute" Juice Plus to pay for my own and to help pay for my daughter's therapy. If you are interested in trying it, I would love to answer questions and help you in any way I can.

As VeggieGirl, I can definitely confirm that I DO get enough produce, haha :0)
9 to 11 servings per day? That is a ton, no way do I get that much in!
I LOVE THOSE LITTEL STACKERS YOU MADE YESTERDAY, THEY WOULD BE GREAT FOR A DINNER PARTY
my kids hate green veggies. so we have to incorporate them into foods they do like eating.
I am forwarding the link for your blog to my sister. My neices only eat mac and cheese. This would be so helpful!
