Caramel Chocolate Cake

1 dark chocolate cake mix (18.25 oz size)
1 jar caramel sundae topping
1 large tub whipped topping
14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
Bake cake according to box in 9X13 pan. While still hot, poke the cake full of holes with a table knife. Pour the caramel sauce over the cake, then the sweetened condensed milk
