I spent several months not feeling like myself, experiencing horrible PMS, feeling tired,feeling anxious, etc. After a lot of research and talking to doctors and pharmacists, I discovered that I had estrogen dominance. Birth control pills and over consumption of soy and coffee were increasing the severity of the dominance. After eliminating most of the soy in my diet, eating more organic/clean foods, and decreasing my coffee intake, I feel much better!
